Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not right now. Because every Ada’s Allies drop is made in small, limited batches, we can’t always guarantee a replacement size or item. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one while stock is available.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Pins, accessories, and commemorative pieces are final sale. These keepsakes are designed to mark moments, and once they’re yours, they’re yours to keep.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@adasallies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in your Ada’s Allies purchase. Because each drop is created in limited quantities, please review our Returns Policy before placing your order.
Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Due to limited production runs, exchanges are not available at this time. If you need a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
