Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Ada’s Allies purchase. Because our drops are created in limited quantities, we ask that you please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges

Due to limited production runs, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order while stock is available.

Final Sale Items

Some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

  • Pins
  • Accessories
  • Commemorative or limited-edition pieces

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ada’s Allies is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, email hello@adasallies.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
