Ada Notes

The Ada Notes

A quiet place to receive.

The Ada Notes are gentle reflections for eldest and designated daughters.
They are offered as a place to sit with recognition, without pressure to respond, fix, or perform.

This is not a newsletter you have to keep up with.
It is a place to return to when you need language, steadiness, or rest.

What the Ada Notes Are?

The Ada Notes are written for women who recognized themselves in the Are You an Ada? guide and want to receive quietly before gathering.

Each Note reflects themes that surface within the Ada’s Allies community, including insights shared during Ally Circles. Words are offered with care, without attribution, and without expectation.

You do not need to attend a Circle to receive the Notes.
Receiving comes first.

What the Ada Notes include

  • Gentle reflections
  • Language for lived experience
  • Themes of care, responsibility, and rest
  • Occasional wisdom shared from within the community

What the Ada Notes are not

  • Announcements or promotions
  • Advice columns
  • Action plans or assignments
  • Content you are expected to respond to

The Ada Notes Rhythm

The Ada Notes are sent once a month, on the Friday following each Ally Circle.

They are written in advance and edited thoughtfully to reflect what surfaced in the room. This allows the Notes to remain grounded, consistent, and respectful of the space.

If you miss an issue, nothing is lost.
Each Note stands on its own.

Within Ada’s Allies, there are many ways to be present.

Some women begin with reading.
Some gather in Ally Circles.
Some move between the two, depending on season.

The Ada Notes are the first place to receive.
There is no requirement to move faster than you’re ready.

If this feels like something you’d like to receive, you’re welcome to join the Ada Notes.

Your inbox will be treated with care.

Your subscription could not be saved. Please try again.
Thank you for joining Ada’s Allies. Rest is a right, not a reward.

May language meet what you have long carried through effort.
